16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. A 2023 release, had 3/14/25.
Pours an opaque dark brown, with a half inch quickly dissipating foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of bourbon, roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, some oak and raisin, some char when warmed. Pretty similar flavors: bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, malt, raisin, light oak, light cocoa. Smooth, a little creamy, a very good full body, well carbonated.
Has a strong barrel presence with lots of chocolate and vanilla notes, as promised. Nothing unique, just really well done and solid from top to bottom. Hit my sweet spot, anyway. Really enjoyable.

Dark brown, nearly black body, opaque; thin yet lasting heading, dense and creamy, tan colored. The smell exudes notes of cocoa, chocolate, cherries. Huge milk chocolate flavor highlighted with vanilla tones and a bold, whiskey elements; amburana and star anise. Heavy body; velvety with a slight grittiness; thick residual sugars; bold alcohol heat presence.
