Pours black with a slight chocolate head. Aroma is slightly roastym some sweetness of some chocolate and a nice, not too aggressive but certainly present bourbon kick. The aroma definitely comes out more as it warms up some. Flavor is really nicely smooth and balanced; bourbon and it barrel paired with some roasted barley and milk chocolate. A creamy, medium body, even a little silky. Overall, Verboten with a very nice beer here. It was super balanced and drinkable and I could have drank it all day long.
