On tap at Area 51 Craft Brewery in Riverside, CA.
Pours a clear gold with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and fruity aromas. Taste is much the same with fruit and earthy grain flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty poor beer that seems quite unrefined with the grain bill used.
