On tap at Area 51 craft brewery. Pours hazy amber red. Looks pretty. Smell is average, slight hop smells, slight bready maltiness, with a slight toasted smell. Taste is much better than the smell with a nice balance between hops and malts with a bready aftertaste. The mouthfeel is on point. Perfectly carbonated which leads to a prickly sensation along with a medium heaviness. Overall, this is an above average beer than tastes better than it smells.

Pours a hazy orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with malt and herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer that is drinkable but fairly boring for the style.
