On tap at Area 51 Craft Brewery in Riverside, CA.
Pours a clear orange-brown with a foamy orange-tan head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with honey and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer but it's fairly unbalanced with a strong emphasis on hops and alcohol versus the malt.
