Welcoming the spring in the valley, we joined forces with two neighboring family farms from just across the river. With organic dark northern rye from Camas Country Mill and organic oats from Lonesome Whistle Farm we created an earthy spring saison with our own farm's Willamette hops and a classic yeast from the Schelde river valley in Belgium. Fruity and spicy aromas tingle your nose, preparing the palate for equally bright flavors. Light in color and silky on the tongue, this frothy saison is perfect for those sunny spring days sniffing the freshly blooming flowers. This saison begins the process of coalescence between our farm and other local farms in pursuit of growing local beer and bringing community together.

On draught at Belly, Coalescence is chill hazed gold with a thin white collar leaaving light lace.

Smell is spicy citrus, heavy corriander.

Taste is also pretty much all spice, withly a lightly sweet, clean cereal back-bone.

Mouthfeel is light, dry.

Drinkability is pretty solid, a nice light saison, although a touch over spiced for my taste.

Served on tap into a snifter glass

A- Poured a hazy, bright golden color with fluffy white head that left splashy lace

S- Very nice aroma with lots of clove, lemon, orange citrus, mineral, and yeast notes. Some light pineapple notes.

T- Big presence of clove, lemon, orange citrus, peach, yeast, mineral, and bready notes. Balanced with a big earthy/wood bitterness.

M- Very dry and refreshing, soft carbonation, medium to light bodied

O- An incredibly complex and easy to drink saison. Very well balanced with lots of juicy fruit flavors, spiciness, and earthy bitterness. Really looking forward to trying more of Agraian's ales.
