Served on tap into a snifter
A- Poured a hazy dark golden color with frothy white head that left dense glass coating lace
S- Big lemongrass, bready, floral, and mineral notes in the aroma. Very balanced aroma profile
T- Big lemongrass, some citrusy notes, finishes with a nice earthy/woody bitterness. Big mineral presence in the taste.
M- Very crisp, dry, and smooth. Soft carbonation
O- Really nice saison with some nice hoppy notes, reminds me a lot of Agrarian's Coalescence Spring Saison but with more citrusy hop notes.
