What better way to celebrate what we love about summer in the winter than to make a saison reminiscent of a Key Lime Pie? Light caramel in color, the first sip you'll be finding the graham cracker notes, followed by the creaminess created by a minimal lactose addition, and finally the lime zest brightens the whole beer up. But be careful: at 8.2% you want to drink this dessert with an air of caution!

From brewery into snifter. Minimal head, clear Amber in color. Nothing on the nose. Taste is slightly sour, light and earthy. No presence of lime so I'm not clear why it's named the way It is. I was told there is lime juice added. Overall a very good saison. 4.25
