On-tap at Thirsty Monk, Asheville, NC
A: The beer is clear amber-yellow in color. It poured with a thin off-white head that quickly died down and left lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of fruits are present in the smell—raisins and honey seem to stand out in particular.
T: The overall taste is similar to the smell and tastes very fruity and sweet for a saison.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes more like of a Belgian Pale Ale with added honey than a saison.
