This poured out much like a cola, The color was a deep brown with a fizzy light tan head on top. There was no retention or lacing on this at all. The smell of this spicy with a moderate amount of breadiness to it. There is also a bit of caramel. The taste of the beer is much like the nose, just not quite as good. The mouthfeel is again much like a cola, it's thin watery and has a sharp carbonation to it. Overall it's a decent Kvass, not as impressive as some but still interesting to say the least.
