So, for such a small brewery this is such...such a solid stout. I haven't had it at the brewery yet, but I will. Second time having it tonight. First time was a growler, this time a fresh crowler, head retention is much less than the growler pour.
Anyways, it's a sweet stout...almost a milk stout with brown sugar and cinnamon. But where it goes over the top (in a good way) is the ghost peppers. Cuts through the sweetness perfectly and leaves a lingering taste that makes up for an otherwise unremarkable mouthfeel. Great nose, terrific taste.
Overall I love it, unique...tasty without being over the top.

Very pleasant on nitro on draft. Like candied, very mild, ghost peppers. Very impressed by how all the ingredients are distinguishable but not overpowering. Nice Work!

Dark in color with thin body, but its a good thing! Its the kind of stout you want to drink all day and you can because its not heavy. It has a great hot pepper kick but not to hot followed by a sweet nutty brown sugar after taste with a hint of cinnamon swirls. It pretty much has the flavor of a really big stout with such an easy drinking body. If they canned this and made it into a 4 or 6pk OMG!!!
