We brewed a dry-hopped sour ale and then aged it with a blend of fruit purees (peach, apricot, cherry, guava, and strawberry) and live souring cultures including Brettanomyces.

This beer pours a slightly murky copper with a smallish head. The aroma is a striking and brilliant amalgam of bright pine resin, with peach flesh and skin, apricot, cranberry, squash, clove, cinnamon, banana. The flavor is reminiscent of a bright sour cocktail, with bold notes of peach, lemon, white cranberry, raspberry, candied grapefruit, ans massive dose or sour. The mouthfeel is medium to light, with effusive effervescence. Overall this is absolutely fantastic beer, with amazing depth, and bracing sourness - certainly the most complex junkyard sour I have had.

Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date marked as '12/14/18'.
Murky, apricot colored body. One finger of off white head upon pouring, then settles to interrupted cap and ring. Leaves behind just a very few scattered small spots of lacing.
Aroma of lemon sour and a real mixture of the fruit purees (peach, apricot, cherry, and strawberry) added to this beer.
Taste is smooth and rather subdued sour ale, somewhat akin to unsweetened canned grapefruit juice. Fruity but without much bite.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Easy drinking sour ale, with a wealth of fruit flavors. Not too tart and with a minimum of sweetness.
