Notes:
Uffda, these are dangerous! Brewed with our finest select malts, this working man’s Pilsner is lavish with flavor. Crisp, light, sessionable, and perfectly balanced with a trusty dry-hop of Citra. It’s the great outdoors, the call of the wild, and the often fresh and cheerful elder. Available in three distinct nature scenes- Deer, Duck, & Pheasant. Pitter patter, let’s get at ‘er!

Appearance: Pours a clear, light lemon and gold color with a strong white head that fades quickly. SRM of 6. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, some pineapple, sweet lemon rind, some hints of mango underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong and hoppy flavors of lemon citrus, lemonflower, pineapple, some hints of tropical mango. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-bodied. Lower carbonation, not much yeast and feels simple on the palate. (3.50)
Compared to Surly Hell 8/2/22: Pours an identical color, smaller head. Stronger aromas. More lemon citrus rind, pineapple, mango, hops etc. Less lemonflower and dry grains. A milder mouthfeel and less bittering yeast.
Overall: As others have described, a very hoppy pilsner here. Can't say I didn't like it. It has hoppy flavors of lemon citrus, pineapple, and even some mango. A mild pale malt body. Sort of reminds me of an IPL. Nice lemon citrus flavors and perfect for summer. The lemon hop flavors fit the lighter body so I enjoyed this one for what it's worth of an IPL. (Rating: 3.94)

Can. White head with lace. Clear golden color.
Almost has a helles vibe to it. A bit heavier than a pils. Tons of biscuit and toasted crackers. Grassy and earthy hops. Smooth, easy drinking. Full flavored. This is great.

16oz can with cool art
White cap, lace, very clear. Smells amazing, total citra armpit. Kinda thin and slick, but very drinkable, excellent lemon lime-ish funk blending perfectly with the pilsner backing
Top of the line hoppy pilsner, i wish more breweries made this type'a beer

16oz can. Label is stamped for canning date as 'PKGD 10/26/21'. ABV% stamped on label is 5.2%. First pounder can I have had from Junkyard.
Clear straw colored body. Two fingers of white head quickly recedes to thin cap. Leaves very tiny lacing spots.
Aroma is lemon citrus and floral/grassy hops.
Taste is full with bready malts and citrus lemon/grassy hops. Slight bitterness at the end. Aftertaste extends the lemon citrus.
Fuller mouth feel for a lager. Has a sharp bite, which stays around. Very good carbonation.
The dry hopping seems to sharpen the tasting experience. Will be good for 'rich food' food pairings.

Pours a mostly clear light golden color with very little head or lacing. Smell is floral ,herbal grassy with lemon grass. Taste follows nose big herbal grassy citrus hop with baked bread malts. A crisp mouth feel but undercarbonated. Tweaks good but would not but again for the style/

Straw yellow body, mildly cloudy; slow rising carbonation; thick head, frothy and creamy. Wonderful, fresh and floral scent; light sweetness to the scent; melon and berries. Delicate sweetness to the taste; light esters; very mild malt base presence; very light hop bitterness; clean tasting. Generally light body; crisp feel; gently sweet on the palate.
This is a delightfully soft and tasty American pilsner. It combines subtle flavors with a clean and refreshing feel. It makes for an excellent warm weather thirst quencher, but certainly would be enjoyable any time of the year.
Poured at 49 F; PKGD 06/29/21

Cloudy yellow body, classic white sudsy head with moderate lazy lacing. Decently grassy hops with big citrus in the nose with the traditional pilsner grains, malt and yeast. Taste is the same set up but the hops are more earthy than grassy as the nose had. The description says citra, but almost get more of a mosaic vibe from them. Feel is hoppier on the pilsner spectrum but fits within acceptable parameters, bright, crisp and decently clean.

750ml can served in a pair of SIP Fest 2020 snulips. Bought it from Tavour. Dated...nothing that I can see.
Pours a slightly hazy very pale yellow with a medium to small head and medium to low carbonation. Smell is very citrus-hoppy. Lemon and grass.
Taste is lemon and citrus, moderate juicy sweetness. Lots of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light, effervescent, and very dry. Overall, tasty beer.
