Color is translucent, hazy amber with a huge fluffy off-white head. Amazing retention and lacing.
Aroma is malty and piney. Sweet caramel and toasted bread, along with some fresh piney scent.
Flavor is caramelized grilled orange/lemon, toasted bread and biscuit malt, some sweet caramel, and pine needles. Rich sweet malty body, with sweet citrus and pine. Moderately bitter, but not overly so.
Good mouthfeel, creamy and slick, well-carbonated and oily.
Solid DIPA. Nice showcase of Centennial hops. Extreme drinkability in spite of its undetectable 9.7% abv.
