I had this beer on-tap in a schooner at the brewery.
Appearance: deep golden orange hue with a finger of creamy ivory foam leaving a thin lace on the glass. Not too bad.
Smell: rich caramelly malt aroma with a good sweetness. I like it.
Taste: classic Tripel malt flavor with a good sweetness. There is a bit of a dose of alcohol heat here that's a bit much for me, but otherwise good.
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent Tripel. I'm glad to see small breweries tackling this style.
