Fall 2014 vintage; drank 12/3/14 @ Fischman's.
Foggy dandelion hue.
HUGE white head; frothy lace.
Banana, vanilla & mild black pepper nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Vanilla, lemon & mild banana flavors; tastes like a better-than-average saison to me.
Good.

This is a very well balanced sour. I had it on draft and it is crystal clear with a slight reddish hue. This must come from the red currant. This is definitely a hybrid beer with characteristics of a Saison and Tripel. Definitely try this beer if you see it on tap.
