Death, taxes, ridiculous carbonation in Ten Ninety beers. What's frustrating is that I always forget before pouring, and have to race for paper towels while the head mushroom-clouds out of my glass. Anyways.
Look: Hazy, translucent sunburst.
Smell: Crisp, defined citrus and pepper.
Taste: Comes on like a wit and then slaps you with bitterness. Quite like that. 10%? Tastes like 4.
Feel: Really carbonated. Non-crushable in the extreme.
Overall: Elegant tasting, but then I spend the rest of the evening belching like a pig. TONE IT DOWN WITH THE CARBONATION.
