Saison
Santa Clara Valley Brewing

Served in a tulip glass at the brewery. They told me this was a one off brewed in collaboration with Drakes.

A: Light yellow, slightly cloudy, small swaths of carbonation on the top
S: Honey, funk, spices, belgian yeast, coriander, some crackery malts in the background
T: Yeast and spices right upfront, followed by a honey sweetness, finishes with dry malts and a little spice in the aftertaste
M: Very light body, finishes extremely dry. Carbonation is present but isn't overly pronounced.
O: Very tasty saison, I'll have to go back for more before this is done. If you don't care for saisons with sweetness, it's probably not for you. If you like a good blend of sweet and funky, this is great.
