Had this on draught in a pint glass. L: brownish red ice tea appearance with no head, lacing or bubble streams A: tannic notes and a mild sweetness T: very mild sweetness that faintly resembles red velvet cake, but if the beer wasn't named after that dessert I doubt I would guess that was what I was supposed to be tasting M: thin, watery, and flat O: given how good Last Snow and MBCP are, I had high hopes for this beer. unfortunately it wasn't memorable and really fell flat. not something I would drink again
