A: Deep cloudy lemonade yellow with a finger of white head. Hard to see any carbonation.
S: Tartness like lemon juice, hearty green hoppy scent, some fresh hay.
T: Awesome sour lemon juice quality with definite hops coming in with a dry green fresh hay quality. Complex green herbal quality with a sour lemon juice quality. Really well done.
M: Medium thin body with heavy fine bubbled carbonation, dry finish.
O: Had this one in Boca Raton at the brewery. Really surprisingly good. Haven't had their Starfruit Berliner, which they've run out of, and the brewer compares this to that brew. However, it reminds me of some dry Belgian IPA's in appearance and hopping, and somewhat of Duvel's Triple Hopped 2013 edition in appearance, flavour and mouth feel.
