On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy deep orange. Huge white head. Great retention.
Smell - It smells like carrot cake. Cream. Vanilla. Carrot cake spices. Incredible.
Taste - Tons of vanilla up front. It kinda falls apart after that. Grain. Rum, but not very strong. Slight tang to it. Very sweet. Lactose or something that makes it tastes creamy.
Mouthfeel - Heavy and sweet. Well carbonated.
Overall - I went through phases with this. Smelled incredible. Taste didn't deliver and I was weirded out by the tang. But in the end, I kept drinking it.
