22 oz bomber purchased from the brewery for $5.55.
Served in my Funky Buddha snifter which was more than this beer cost.
The body is a murky turbid color, perhaps a shade clearer than I'd like to see a hazy IPA, but still beautiful regardless. The head is stark white and has a creamy appearance with nice hilly lace that recedes.
Aroma sort of stinks and is of freshly squeezed oranges, pomegranate, beets, sweat sock, and pineapple.
Flavor has a pungent profile with lots of sweaty, rotting fruits. It's like a blended mix of fruit juice and vegetable juice. Yellow carrot, lime juice, beets, grapefruit juice, and faint orange juice. The whole profile just tastes sweaty and dirty with a really pungent, chalky, rotting aftertaste.
Feel is crisp and carbonated with a burning sensation on the palate and in the gut. Not really juicy in the slightest.
Overall, for me this was a fail. I think these guys have a great Hop Gun IPA, but the other three IPA's I've tried from them have been really suffering. Not sure if I can finish this bottle.

I went to the anniversary party and tried this beer, so good I took two bottles home to enjoy. Funky Buddha is one of my favorite breweries in South Florida, and this limited production brew is a home run. This hazy citrus IPA has a deep golden look; the smell is heavy on the citrus side, will fill your nostrils with citrus odors; it taste like a 5 star hazy beer. Overall a very good brew from a very good brewery.
