42 Hazy Daze

Actually, not very hazy at all. Mostly clear, pale yellow and color. With a tiny white head. Nose smells more like a light pale than A Juicy. Tastes like a pane ale too.

Brewers notes: We’ve teamed up with TAP 42 to develop a unique hazy IPA that’s light in body but full on hop flavor! This juicy, blonde-colored ale is brewed with a touch of flaked wheat for a slightly cloudy complexion. Loads of late-addition of Mosaic hops add resinous notes of bright tropical fruits without over bittering. 42 Hazy Daze is only available on draft at TAP 42 locations and the Funky Buddha tap room.

Light tropical taste , orange citrus

I tried this beer at the brewery with HomeBrew as part of a five sample flight. It poured a surprisingly clear golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had pineapple and tropical fruit goodness. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright citrus and subtle bitter hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
