Very hazy golden ale, with good head production and retention.
Musty and tart aroma, implying lemons, grapefruit, salt, and little else. Very inviting and pleasing despite the lack of depth.
Wonderful Gose on the palate: tart, salty, chewy, and citrusy. The addition of fruit - in this case, grapefruit - adds a very real, organic sourness to the profile.
