12oz bottle poured into a tulip
A- pours into the glass as complete foam, obviously over-carbonated, it eventually settles to reveal a golden amber color
S- light and sweet aromas of maple syrup, followed by lactic tartness, blueberries, lemon and yogurt
T- not very sour up front; some blueberry and lemon notes, followed by an undertone of sweet maple. The finish gives just a hint of tartness, light maple on the linger
M- light body with a big foamy mouthfeel that quickly falls off into the finish, obvious carbonation issues
O- I'm a huge FB fan, but this one was a miss for me. Carbonation issues didn't help, I'm sure
