On tap at the Buddha. Served in a wine glass.
Appearance - Black with a nice mocha head. Settles after a while with a nice collar. Leggy and a little transparent at the edges.
Smell - Lots of whiskey. Kevin said this was in a Palm Ridge barrel. Lots of vanilla and raw whiskey character. Milk chocolate.
Taste - Strong whiskey flavor here too. Milk chocolate sneaks out past the whiskey. Whiskey is dominant. Simple flavor, but tasty.
Mouthfeel - Thick and chewy. Boozy from the barrel. Medium carbonation.
Overall - Tasty stuff. The barrel is magic, as always.
