Clear light amber color but not much carbonation. Faint flavors, slightly sour. Some hints of grain, some lemon, and a faint bitter finish. Described as a "Petite five-grain Saison - Brett brewed with sage, hyssop, and thyme." I don't taste much in the way of herbs or yeast either.
I thought it would be interesting to see how this has done with two years of storage at the Brewery in Port Townsend. I wouldn't say that aging has done it any favors. Rather wan and watery. From the capped and corked 750 ml bottle of the 2016 series.
