Mildly hazy appearance, golden yellow in color; decent head initially that settles to a thin, near patch appearance, white. Outstanding aroma of light lemon with elements of biscuit, sweet grass, and delicate wood tones. Delicate sweetness interlaced with a lemon and grapefruit tartness; definitely a wild overall note to things but no horse blanket taste per se; biscuit in the background; peppery. Medium body; coarse; semi-dry.
Despite sitting in the refrigerator for about a week, the can exploded with spray and foam when I cracked it open. Consequently, I only got about half a can to enjoy. It is well-rounded, light and delicious with a sly bit of complexity to lure you in.

16oz can courtesy of BBThunderbolt. According to the label, this was brewed with wheat and dry hopped. Doesn't say what that hop was, however. The bottom of the can does indicate it was canned on June 8, but the year is not printed clearly. As this beer is not included on Peopolis' website, it may have been brewed last year,or perhaps even earlier than that. However, recent check-ins on UnTapped would argue against it being out of circulation for very long at all.
Poured into the glass, this was a clear golden color, with a short-lived but easily recreated bone-white head. Sparse, spotty lace.
Grassy, herbal, sharp aroma. Doesn't smell bretty, so I'm assuming that wasn't included.
Dry, herbal, spicy flavor. Again, no Brett. Fairly straightforward Saison. Ends with a sharp and crisp dry note.
Fairly light and crisp mouth feel.
This beer isn't the biggest flavor bomb I've had for the style, but it went down nice while dinner was cooking. Propolis was available for a while around here around a decade or so ago, but in bombers, and those were quite spendy for beers I didn't know that weren't dated. Glad to have finally had a shot at a couple of them. Thanks, Terry!
