Incomplete alcoholic fermentation product is a healthy drink on the basis of natural raw products with a pronounced flavour of rye bread. The kvass is made of rye and barley malt by special technology. The fermentation process induces distinctive taste and flavour of rye bread. Cooled kvass is an excellent refreshing and tonic drink. There are no food flavouring, colouring agents and preservatives in the drink. Tastes best when cooled!

L: Slightly hazy dark amber/red color, no head whatsoever, no lacing either, light carbonation.
S: Sweet, caramel.
T: Sweet, caramel, sort of coke without the carbonation. It’s quite tasty actually.
F: A bit watery, sticky, highly drinkable.
O: Interesting brew. Perhaps ideal on a hot summer day.
