Our easy drinking classic. A taproom favorite. Light as air, crisp and clean. Flavors of worn blue jeans, Saturday nights, and a sing-a-long song.

This is a really great light summer beer with a very fruity/citrusy aroma and taste that is present but not overpowering. I usually am not a huge fan of light beers, but this Pilsner really blew me away. I would highly recommend you try it! I tried this beer fresh from the tap.

Poured into glass from can. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Aroma sweet and full of citrus/tropical fruits. Taste leans towards hops with a pleasant malt sweetness. Lots of new school hop flavors. Medium body. An excellent full flavored beer that adds an American spin to an old world style.

Can at Riis Point Bar, Jacob Riis Park, Rockaway Park, NY

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge of glass.
S: Light aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, with flavors of grassy hops and some hints of pilsener malts.
M: It feels a little shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a touch of dryness in the finish
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has a nice bit of "bite" from the grassy hops and some dryness. It is a good beer for the beach.
