A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla beans.
T: The taste has flavors of vanilla beans along with strong notes of dark malts and a slight amount of associated bitterness.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Among the three beers in the Bungalow Nights series, I found this to be the most balanced as it had enough vanilla to help balance out the dryness and bitterness from the dark malts.
