One of the better "spicy" beers I've ever had.

Pretty much as expected - regular Nanticoke Nectar with some heat from the habaneros. If anything there was less habanero heat than I expected (and hoped for). A solid version of a great IPA.

Very nice pepper IPA. I'd like to try it head to head versus habanero sculpin. Solid beer.

Another winner from RAR. The original nectar is a favorite for sure, and the subtle burn on the back end is the real kicker here. Awesome work RAR!

Pour: On draft at Smoke and Barrel in D.C. Poured into a nonic pint. Appearance: Light amber to orange. Large white head that lasts. Lacing is present. Fair amount of bubbles making their way up through the brew. Aroma: Fresh and light Cascade and Citra hop combo. Dank citrus notes are present...orange peels and grapefruit. Taste: Very dank and juicy hop character. The habanero is delicate. Does not show up in the sip but rather makes and appearance on the back end burn. Light and tingly on the tongue. Aftertaste: As stated the habanaro really shows up on the back end but is not overpowering. Really great balance. Overall: Inclined to give this an excellent rating for the brewing. Continually impressed by RAR and their diversity of brews. Very good: 4 out of 5.
