Deep golden body with the slightest hint of haze to it. Sticky bone-white head clings to the glass. Aroma is peppery, yeasty, hints of tree fruits. Flavor is much of the same with lots of white pepper, some sweetness in the way of tree fruits and a dash of banana. Feel is crisp, yeasty, medium bodied. This is a nice Americanized take of a BPA.
