So after opening two snowglobe IPAs in a row, I was a little relieved when Ice Cream Seas pour a nice clean, thick gold. The head is a light white, maybe half a finger's width. The beer smells fantastic - rich and full of vanilla cream.

But, I have some issues with the taste - the vanilla smells great, but it tastes moderately artificial. So the beer is supposed to taste like vanilla ice cream? For the most part, it succeeds - it's really rich and creamy, tremendously smooth... but that artificial vanilla just does not recommend it.

Admittedly, these milk shake IPAs aren't really my thing - but Ice Cream Seas is pretty excellent.

First one by RAR. Pours hazy straw color. Huge lacing. Really enjoying this. Looking forward to more from RAR. This one hits on all points. Really nice DIPA.

Nice light summer ale. Nothing really stands out. It looks more like a wheat ale, and in this case appearance and to some extent mouth feel reminds me a bit of RAR's much superior Wood'r. But as an IPA I didn't care for the haziness or the significant remaining yeast. Sips like a session beer but ABV doesn't match up. Seems like a beer that isn't really sure what it is...but all in all a decent lawn mower/ sun and beach summer beer.

Hazy pale orange with an uneven white foam blanket.

This dessert IPA is predictably sweet but also dank, where both components seem to come together on the cannabic front, with lemon, vanilla, and waffle cone.

Body has a soft froth but overall there's not a lot of carbonation, leaving behind a semi-wet, light feel.

Had a pint poured on tap at the brewery on Monday. Absolutely stunning IPA that was juicy and very well balanced. It paired perfectly with the crab dip stuffed pretzel as well
