A nice full-bodies stout. Has the flavors of chocolate and coffee. It came in a full pint glass. This one will catch up on you quickly. Highly recommended for a good party drink.

Great beer. Definitely a sipper and on the sweet side. The sweetness is not overpowering especially on a beer of this size. A well balanced big beer that you should seek out.

On draft at Church Key. Served in a goblet glass. Pours a darker black body, one finger offwhite head, fair retention and no lacing. Smell is roasted barley, touch of toasted grain, milk chocolate, trace dark fruit sweetness which I may be confusing for the adjuncts here. Not much in way of marshmallow. Fair bit of espresso and cocoa as well. Flavour is a smooth combination of cocoa, milk chocolate, a bit of dark fruit, bitter dark chocolate, but for the most part, a fairly sweet imperial stout without much in way of adjunct. Specifically, I'm not getting much marshmallow or even graham cracker. Definitely a fair bit of cocoa. Mouthfeel is medium-fuller bodied, appropriately carbonated, fairly sweet on the finish despite the cocoa and espresso. Overall, the adjuncts do not come across here as much as I was hoping for (e.g. Angry Chair pastry stout territory), although the base stout is well constructed and still worth appreciating on its own without thinking about the adjuncts.
