Label has: American Pale Ale. Category is American IPA. So let’s see…
L:! Deep gold. Very hazy. Billowing white head that has excellent retention. Small bubbles are actively working upwards.
S: Tropical notes. Citrus in there also.
T: More of the classic piney hop flavor handed off from the smell. Citrus almost tart lemon.
F: Fine. Swishing brings out a slight menthol on the back of the tongue
O: I am still confused as this seems to fit more of the hazy/DDH craze. I was hoping for a bit more malt balance based upon the label. Still a good beer all the same as it held up very well with bbq dinner.
