This is a tasty version of Pulp but I'm not sure how it's supposed to be in the "brut" style. The mouthfeel is prickly but not at all champagne-like and it is still much too sweet for the style as well - only slightly drier than regular Pulp. It's an interesting experiment but probably not the smartest one despite the tasty results.

Nice balance of the fruity hops and the dry yeast. Done well.
