16 oz can from Tavour. I knew these were good, I didn't expect them to be this good. Pinkish milky pour with mathcing frothy head. Strawberries first on the aroma, fruity, watermenlon, lactose. Sweet, smoothie flavors heavy on the strawberry. Not getting much from the beignets and pastry cream, but this thing knocked my socks off.

Can into Imperial Pint
Look: Muddy Pastel pink-brown color, pouring a thin cap head which dissipated into nothing
Smell: Just like Neapolitan ice cream with strawberry shortcake. Sweet strawberry, fresh sweet bread, cream. Medium strength
Taste: Light-moderate tartness starts with strawberry and frosting, with a touch of watermelon. Fades to sweet bread notes. Finish has a light touch of malt and light strawberry
Feel: medium body, moderate carbonation, smooth
Overall: Really well brewed ale. interesting flavors that work very well together
