16oz can. Bottom stamp reads 'CANNED 08/3/23'.
Thick, pink colored body. Pour produces some surface foam but no head. Surface remains active. Leaves a film behind.
Aroma of angel food cake, strawberries, and whipped cream.
Taste is very sweet, with flavors of strawberry, lemon cake batter, and white frosting. Strawberry becomes very prominent in the aftertaste.
Thick mouth feel. No real "beer" flavors. Stays just below too sweet and adds a slight tart note. Supportive carbonation.
Hits the target for a cake pastry sour.

Referring to this kind of thing as beer pains me.
Aside from that small nit... when it comes to sours, this has everything I could ever want, in spades. I'd be giving it straight-5s if not for the fact that there are a whole bunch of this series at my local shop now, and I will need to try them all!
Completely opaque Pepto Bismol pink pour. Looks ridiculous and amazing. Smell I knew just cracking the can before pouring this was going to win all the sours for me. Copious amounts of strawberries, confetti cake pastry cream, and lactose... says it all. Perfectly done in the thick smoothie-like style I enjoy most. Wow.
