I’ve had 2 beers so far from the Out Of Order series, and I enjoyed them more than I was expecting to at first. Sure they’re a bit sweet for the style but still fun. I’m guessing this one will be the same case, especially given that it’s cotton candy, just pure sugar. Let’s crack it open and see what it has to offer
Pours an opaque pinkish red with a finger of creamy pinkish white head that quickly fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is very candy forward, but I’m not sure I’d call it cotton candy if I didn’t know. I’m picking up on aromas of twizzlers, lemon zest, doughy malt, strawberry lifesavers, vanilla creme, and orange juice
There’s much more cotton candy to it in taste. It’s a bit much but it’s still solid. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting strawberry jolly ranchers, cotton candy, lemon zest, vanilla ice cream, doughy malt, light orange juice, and blue raspberry candy. The swallow brings notes of cherry jolly ranchers, cotton candy, lemon zest, vanilla creme, strawberry ice cream, and light raspberry
A medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes a tad sticky but not too much
This one is very sweet but it’s still pretty good despite that. Definitely fun and worth a try
