Our rice lager starts with an extra pale grain bill and flaked rice. Presents extremely pale straw, delicate, and restrained. Has a light malt sweetness w/ hints of steamed rice, fresh bread crust & honey crackers. Exceptionally clean and dry, with a soft bitterness that lends a well-rounded and refreshing drinking experience.

8 oz draft pour at Chessie's Wharf in Annapolis. To me, this tastes like a traditional pilsner than anything else. It is clean and biscuity with a light grassy/spicy hop presence. Crisp, well-carbonated, and very easy-drinking. A great beer to pair with food.
