We first met the Brasserie crew on the Eastern Shore Coast and instantly knew we shared creativity in liquid and vibes. We combined our hoppy beer ethos to create this hop saturated bomb. Ultra light grist, with a soft, thick, pillow mouthfeel and candied Nerd Rope finish.
Hopped w/Freestyle Nelson, Nelson Hyperboost, Freestyle Riwaka, Galaxy, & Freestyle Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief.
Notes of Apricot Fluff, Alphonso Mango Soft Serve, & Tropical Honey Dip.
Collaboration with Brasserie du Bas-Canada
