I'm finally trying some Fruited Kettle Sour ales. This one sounded like it had better flavors than most of the fruitier ones I've seen.
Look - Whoa! This looks like a very thick vanilla milkshake. I've never seen a beer like this before (how do I score the look? I guess that depends on how well the look matches the flavor...) It's very thick, and the beer sticks to the side of the glass.
Smell - Vanilla milkshake. With just a very light hint of cinnamon and cookie dough. Maybe those will come out more in the taste, but I like vanilla milkshake!
Taste - Yes, the other ingredients are much more noticeable in the taste. Vanilla milkshake, with a bit of sourness (I guess that's expected for a sour ale), along with cinnamon and cookie dough.
Feel - This is THICK! Like a vanilla milkshake. The sourness is a bit strange, but it's good.
Overall - I actually enjoyed this beer quite a bit. A bit lighter than I'm used to at only 5%ABV, but very nice!
