The appearance is quite shocking, looking like a tall glass of thick milk, but I was excited to swallow some of that creamy goodness.
It smells amazing, chocolatey with notes of caramel, but takes a departure from its appearance and has very little nut smell.
Starts with a strong blast of sour and then the chocolate caramel flavor comes out after a little time in your mouth. Could do without the sourness and wish it tasted as creamy as it looks.
Thick and creamy feelings come quickly across your palette. Sparkling; yet raw, heavy, and warm.
Overall: Don’t spit right away! Swallow and wait for the chocolate and caramel aftertaste to take hold.

16oz can from Tavour. Looks like a vanilla milkshake, coats the glass. Aroma is vanilla with notes of caramel. Pecans show up in the taste, more caramel, sweet vanilla and tons of lactose. Very, very tasty.

Look - Initially pours what appears to be foam but then looks more like a super thick white shake. It really sticks to the edge of the glass when sipped. I'm not really sure how to score the look.
Smell - Caramel, chocolate, and pecans, with a light hint of vanilla.
Taste - I pick up on the sourness before chocolate, caramel and pecans.
Feel - Super thick, like a milkshake, and easy drinking at only 5%ABV. Has a tartness that doesn't feel like it goes with the chocolate, caramel, pecan mix.
Overall - A decent smoothie sour. Although it's a smoothie "sour", I think these flavors would be better without any sour notes.
