Pours a cloudy orange-gold, small white head.
The aroma is all about apple and honey, apple blossom honey I suppose.
Strong apple taste, but not too sweet like these beers can tend to go. The honey is here as well as cinammon. The base of it all is grainy wheat, but it's almost undetectable under the apple.
Light body, dry and crisp, no bitterness or real hop presence. Very good for a fruit beer.
