Beer was poured into a tulip glass.

Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazy pale yellow orange color with good clarity and vision of tiny bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Saison yeast, vanilla, apple, toasted, bready, pale, herbal, floral, lemon, peppery, and banana.

Taste: Same as above. Balanced and tasty. Nice subtle flavors from all parts of this beer.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, refreshing, a little dry, medium to high carbonation, medium bodied, a little chewy, and light bitterness.

Overall: Love this take from th ed Boyd in Haverhill. The lemongrass and toe hips compliment this beer very well.
