Tap at Prezo in Milford, MA.
Light creamy head, bit of lacing, semi hazy auburn amber reddish brown colored.
Nose some light saison like malts, little wheat, slight sweet reddish caramel candy malts, slightest hint fruity, some earthy hops, little herbal slight UK like herbal hops.
Taste starts with Belgian yeast additions, esters, light phenols, little fruity. Then light caramel reddish candy malts, with a hint toasty wheat farmhouse saison flavors. Light earthy herbal hops, little vegetal, some bitterness. Little toffee caramel candy radish malt flavors. Finish is some bitterness, still semi sweet with more candy malts, little earthy hop, little syrupy sticky.
Mouth is med bodied decent carb.
Overall ok but not great, too sweet, reddish candy malts and other fruity flavors don't go too well, and where is the saison? This is not a saison, most like Belgian single blend with UK bitter. Drinkable but not anywhere I expected it to be.
