Copenhagen 30/12 2022. 44 cl can from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Golden and red can with a big red alarm button in center and everything radiating from this.
Pours opaque, murky burgundy with a mid-sized pink head. Bubbly. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium inside with a sweet fruity odor if berries mingling with tart, citric notes. Sweet cherries and strawberries. Touch of vanilla. Tart gooseberries and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Well-balanced pot with sweet berries interferring with sour brew.
