Tap at the brew pub in Shanghai.
Nice foamy rich 1/2 finger head fades semi slowly, decent lacing, clear golden color.
Nose mild malt, generic pale malt with fruity hops, quite fruity, generic fruity tree fruit, hint of citrus, light fresh golden wort and touch of yeast.
Taste brings fresh golden wort, toasted and creamy, very creamy, don't think diacetyl but a corn like thing, mild golden generic malt, light and crisp like for an ale, perhaps cheesy hops? mild grassy earthy, little generic fruity hop. Finish fair mild bitterness, little grassy hop, fair dry.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, dec carb.
