Reviewed from my notes taken from my trip to Shanghai a few months ago.
Pours pitch black with mocha creamy head that never fades.
Nose brings lactose, powered cocoa bit of choc, imperial bitter dark malts, hint of coffee and roast.
Taste has cocoa, acrid roasted coffee, dried milk, lactose, light vanilla but almost fake vanilla, burnt coffee but very light overall, bottom of coffee pot, light roast.
Mouth is med to a bit heavier bod, creamy, frothy carb.
